Historical orders use your integration's settings, including the order statuses selected for import. Check those settings before ordering. The records available depend on your connected applications.
Bring your earlier sales into the picture
Catch up on orders placed before your integration's start date, using the connection you have already set up between your store and accounting software.
Once your integration is set up and configured, open the Control Panel, choose options → Historical Import beside that integration, and select the earlier start date you need. Review the period and charges, then place your order there.
Base Historical Import fees in GBP, based on how far back you extend your integration's start date.

Volume Premiums may also apply to the monthly periods in your Historical Import and are charged after completion. The Control Panel shows the applicable tiers and checkout currency before you order; Shopify checkout uses USD.

Completion time depends on the period and amount of data. If additional configuration is needed, the import pauses and you receive a notification at your Control Panel email address.
