CarryTheOne is operated by Lech Madrzyk trading as CarryTheOne.
The connection method depends on the applications you choose. Where an application offers an authorisation screen, review the requested permissions before approving access. Other connections may require API credentials entered during setup.
Follow the instructions for your chosen integration in the Control Panel. If you are unsure which access is needed, ask us before proceeding.
Depending on your applications and settings, CarryTheOne processes orders, customer details, products, invoices, payments and refunds to create or update records in your accounting software.

The CarryTheOne website and Control Panel use HTTPS. Check that you are on www.carrytheone.co.uk before entering credentials, and use a unique password for your CarryTheOne account.
Do not send passwords or API credentials through email or the contact form. Contact us if you need help changing a connection or removing access from an application.
